SERVICE PLANS & PRICING

There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to our accountancy services
because we listen to your individual needs and then design an accounatncy ,
tax and business support service plan that fits your needs.
That way we can transparent and provide fixed fee quoates for you and that is all you
will pay.

Together we will agree all pricing in advance so you will have no surprise bills you are not
expecting.

To get an idea of monthly fees you can expect to pay take a lot at our examples in this chart.
We have found there are 3 levels of service people require depending on the where they
are in the business growth.

Quick Query Service
Whilst many accountants still charge from timesheets, this often causes a problem
as clients become distant as they fear that a call will lead to a further bill. We don’t want
that any issues you may have we would sooner discuss them first so any issues can be nipped
in the bud. So we have introduced a quick query service into all our service plans, where
any issues you may have can be resolved in a short call or email than there is no further
cost to you and this will likely cover 95% of the queries you may have. This is subject to
fair use and we reserve the right quote for work that would deem oustide the scope of the quick query service.

Optional Extra’s
All plans can bolt on extra services for bookeeping and payroll which are quoted on a per
item basis but there are also several services you may wish to consider which will add real
value to what we offer such as Cashflows, forecasts & Accountability/Board meetings.
